Every attempt is made to ship products the same day, but exceptions may occur, such as for orders placed too late in the day. We do our best to maintain and update the website as to product availability. Some items may require a few extra days before they can be shipped to you. If that is the case with your order, your patience is appreciated. Please know that we are working diligently to expedite every order.
In the event a product is listed incorrectly due to typographical error, South Pacific Biomedical, Inc. shall reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product.
A return goods authorization number (RGA#) is required for all returns. Please contact South Pacific Biomedical, Inc. for a RGA# before returning any product. Returns received without a RGA# will not be accepted. South Pacific Biomedical, Inc. will accept returns of unopened and unused products (except test equipment) if returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be in the original condition and must not be damaged in any way. A 35% restocking fee will apply. For test equipment, such as pneumatic analyzers, non-defective returns are subject to approval and a 35% restocking fee. South Pacific Biomedical, Inc. reserves the right to deny the return of any product we deem tampered with at our discretion.
South Pacific Biomedical, Inc. is committed to protecting your right to privacy. We collect information about our customers to enable us to process orders, improve our site, and provide better services. We do not disclose or sell your information to other marketers. To process and ship your order, we need your name, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and email address. This information is stored on a secure server to allow us to process subsequent orders more quickly. On occasion, we may notify our customers about South Pacific Biomedical, Inc. specials.
Shipping and handling charges will be prepaid and added to orders. South Pacific Biomedical, Inc. ships packages Monday through Friday only. Most orders received before 2:00pm (PST) will be sent the same day.
Orders shipped within the state of California will be subject to state and local sales taxes. Tax exempt orders require a resale certificate.
